Tonight's parade will close Baboosic Lake Road and Daniel Webster Highway from O'Gara Drive to Twin Bridge Park between 6 and 7 p.m. The is advising motorists seek an alternate route.

Merrimack Youth Baseball's annual Spring Opening Day Parade officially kicks off the youth baseball season. Every team (T-ball through Babe Ruth) is encouraged to walk in the parade. Opening Ceremonies will be followed with a home run derby, speed pitch and t-ball chuck a puck contests. Evening activities will then wrap up with the match up of the Major's Athletics (formerly Twins) vs. Majors Orioles championship game.
This year will include the Nashua Silver Knights Mascot Sir Sterling, a return of last year's balloon animal performer and "Country Tavern" catering the snack bar.
