This was Ron Paul's de facto convention speech, since he won't be giving one during the Republican National Convention this week, and the presidential hopeful who captured second in the 2012 New Hampshire Primary didn't waste any time getting to his point:

The "liberty movement" is moving to the fore.

It's clear, Goodman tells Patch, that the energy that the Texas congressman saw in New Hampshire has only grown.
