Alleged Stalker, Assaulter Sought by NH Marshals

CONCORD, NH - This week’s New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force Fugitive of the Week is Brian Rodriguez, 27, who is wanted for failure to appear in court on stalking, assault, and criminal mischief charges.

A warrant was issued against Rodriguez on Sept. 30, 2015, by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office. He was last known to live in Manchester by his current whereabouts is unknown at this time.

According to the New Hampshire Union Leader, Rodriguez was arrested three times in one week last year on numerous charges including allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, stalking, and mischief charges. He was convicted in 2012 in Massachusetts, according to the report.
Marshals warn that Rodriguez is armed and dangerous and residents should not try to apprehend him. If you see anyone who looks like Rodriguez or you know where he is, contact the U.S. Marshals Service at 603-225-1632 or 877-WANTED-2.
