NH Nipple Bill Against Women Fails
New Hampshire lawmakers rejected a bill that would have made it illegal for women to go topless in public.

House representatives on Wednesday failed to pass the bill, the Associated Press reported.
Detractors have said the bill would be difficult to enforce and claimed public nudity isn't a problem in the Granite State.
