Salem Woman Arrested for Willful Concealment
Merrimack Police: Georgianna Jacobs allegedly stole vodka from the state liquor store last year.

MERRIMACK, NH - A local woman was arrested last week on a liquor theft charge that occurred in October 2015, according to police.
Georgianna Jacobs, 36, of South Policy Street in Salem, was arrested on Feb. 26, 2016, and charged with willful concealment.

Merrimack Police picked up Jacobs from Nashua Police n Friday after she was arrested on a warrant.
Back on Oct. 20, 2015, Jacobs was reportedly at the Merrimack New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet and allegedly was “acting suspiciously” inside the store, according to police.

“The store manager viewed surveillance video and saw Jacobs putting a bottle of vodka in her purse and leaving the store without paying for it,” according to Lt. Dean KillKelley of the Merrimack Police Department. “Officers were able to obtain a plate number of the vehicle which Jacobs left in and contacted the owner who, in turn, returned to the store with Jacobs. The bottle of vodka was recovered.”
Police issued a warrant for her arrest and then Nashua Police arrested her last week.
Jacobs was processed and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on April 7.
According to online reports, Jacobs has been arrested a number of times during the last few years including nonappearance in court in Nashua in December 2012, driving after revocation or suspension-second offense in Hudson, in February 2012, September 2012 in Haverhill, MA, and driving after revocation or suspension and traffic control devices in Hudson in July 2012.
