Second Arrest in Road Rage Case

Merrimack Police: Woman also charged with reckless driving in Sept. 12 incident.

Merrimack Police charged Raelene Elliott, 33, of 20 Camp Sargent Road, Merrimack, with reckless driving after she turned herself into police Sept. 25 on a warrant issued for her arrest.

The charge is related to the alleged road rage incident Sept. 12 on Greeley Street in Merrimack. Police said dispatch received a call from Elliott about an incident with another driver, identified as Chad Casey of Nashua.

The complaint was that Casey suddenly stopped on Camp Sargent Road, almost causing Elliott to crash into his vehicle. She told police that Casey threw an ice cream cone at her car and left the scene. Elliott took chase, police said, and followed him onto Daniel Webster Highway while calling the police.
