Sex Offender Charged with Indecent Exposure
Merrimack Police allege that Michael Wing flashed children near the London Court condos while relieving himself outside Galaxy Gas.

Merrimack Police have arrested a registered sex offender after he was allegedly caught urinating at a gas station on Daniel Webster Highway.
Michael P. Wing, 53, a homeless man, was arrested on April 15, 2015, on an indecent exposure charge.
According to a report, police were sent to the Galaxy Gas around 5 p.m. to investigate a claim that a man was urinating outside and exposing himself to others.

They caught up with the man, later identified as Wing and investigated the matter, and allegedly found “that Wing had, in fact, urinated within close proximity to the London Court Condominium complex,” according to the report.
“Police further learned that in doing so, Wing had exposed his genitals to a resident as well as a group of young children playing in the area,” stated Lt. Matthew Tarleton of the Merrimack Police Department.

Police later learned that he was a registered sex offender and had just been released on bail after an incident in late March when he allegedly burglarized a West Auburn Street property in Manchester, according to ManchesterInkLink.com.
Wing was arrested and held on $5,000 cash bail and arraigned today.
