Sharon Woman Charged with Stealing Tequila
Merrimack Police catch up with Maurica Flagg for an alleged theft incident in July.

A woman was arrested on Nov. 11, for allegedly stealing liquor from the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Dobson Way in Merrimack last summer, according to a police report.
Maurica A. Flagg, 50, of Route 123 in Sharon, was arrested by the Peterborough on Nov. 11, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking.
On July 1, police were called to the store for a report of a theft by three individuals.

“The officers were provided descriptions of the persons to include a female, vehicle description and a license plate number,” according to Capt. Peter Albert of the Merrimack Police.
Police used the information to identify Flagg as one of the alleged thieves who reportedly stole a bottle of tequila. Initially, police were unable to find Flagg but she was later contacted by the Peterborough Police about the warrant and arrested.

Flagg was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Dec. 12.
