According to a report, an officer stopped a motor vehicle on the turnpike at around 12:45 a.m. on Aug. 8, for “traveling at an excessive speed and erratic operation,” according to Sgt. Eric Marquis.

The driver, Belair, allegedly showed signs of intoxicated and impairment. After a roadside investigation including field sobriety tests, she was arrested. Belair was later released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court yesterday.
