Stolen Checks Lead to Charges Against Merrimack Man
Nashua Police arrest Brian Bjornson on Merrimack warrant.

A local man faces charges after being arrested for forgery in Nashua.
Brian Bjornson, 24, of Lamson Drive in Merrimack, was arrested on Oct. 27, and charged with two counts of forgery and two counts of receiving stolen property.
According to police, on Sept. 24, a resident on Lamson Drive filed a complaint with police about stolen checks that had been fraudulently cashed. Officers looked into the allegation and checked video surveillance at a local bank and identified Bjornson as the alleged perpetrator.

An affidavit and warrant were completed and filed, and earlier today, Nashua Police picked up Bjornson. He was transported to Merrimack where he was processed, charged, and released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail. He’s due in court on Nov. 13.
