AUGUST 10TH -THE TRANSISTORS
The Transistors are not just your everyday retro band with great stage presence. This four-piece group takes you on a trip to the pre-psychedelic 60’s’: the “feel good” tunes from ’63-’66. This includes a broad range of musical influences: from the British Invasion of Beatles, Kinks, Rolling Stones, and Animals, to the American 60’s like Paul Revere and the Raiders, The Kingsmen, Beach Boys, Riverias, etc. The Transistors are not limited to covers either. Their original tunes also add to the new 60’s songbook, along with repertoire of covers that bring the soul of the 60’s to your ears. Their music is guaranteed to get you up off your seat and dancing along with your entire family! Their drum, bass, guitar, and vocals combo is one that every one of all ages will love.
