Teen, Juveniles Arrested on Trespass, Vandalism Charges

Merrimack Police arrested Jonathan Narducci and four others for allegedly being inside of a vacant business building last week.

MERRIMACK, NH — A number of local teens were arrested last week after police allegedly caught them trespassing inside of a vacant business, according to police. Jonathan Narducci, 18, of Davis Road in Merrimack, was arrested on March 10, 2017, for criminal trespass and criminal mischief.

Four other juveniles were also charged, according to Sgt. Gregory Walters of the Merrimack Police Department.

At just after 9 p.m., an officer allegedly observed the teens inside of a vacant business in town, according to Walters.

“After a brief investigation, it was discovered that that the five subjects entered the vacant building without permission of the owner and damaged property inside of the building,” Walters alleged.

The five suspects were arrested and charged. Four were processed and released to their parents. Narducci was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on April 13.
