Teens Arrested on Drug, Alcohol Charges
Merrimack Police: Pair was arrested after a disabled vehicle was checked.

Two local teens will be faces charges in court later this month after being arrested on Thursday night on drug and alcohol charges.
Logan P. Magee, 19, of London Court in Merrimack, was arrested on possession of marijuana and possession of alcohol by a minor charges. Also arrested was Victoria A. Quain, 19, of Conifer Street in Merrimack, was arrested on possession and transportation of alcohol by a minor, open container, and possession and transportation of marijuana.
According to police, at 1:40 a.m. on Oct. 16, police checked on what appeared to be a disabled motorist on Daniel Webster Highway near the Town Line Driving Range.

While speaking with the two teens they saw at the scene, Magee and Quain, they alleged that the teens showed “physical signs of alcohol consumption and learned that both subjects were under the age of 21.” Quain also allegedly had open containers in her vehicle.
Both were arrested and allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana, so those charges were added. They are due in court on Oct. 27.
