Teens Arrested on Alcohol, Mischief Charges

The following arrest information was provided by Merrimack Police. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Arrested Bradley Wallace, 17, of 19 Canterbury Drive, Merrimack, for underage operating under the influence of liquor and criminal mischief and Michael Differ, 17, of 4 Depot St., Merrimack, for being a minor in possession of alcohol and criminal mischief.

On Feb. 17, at approximately 10 p.m., the Merrimack Police Department received a report of an erratic motor vehicle traveling on Amherst Road, heading toward Amherst. The caller followed the car to 9 Davidson Ave. where the car parked. Officers made contact with the vehicle shortly after and identified Wallace as the driver and Differ as the passenger. Following a brief investigation, including field sobriety tests, Wallace was arrested for OUIL. In addition, Differ, who also took field sobriety tests, was charged for based on internal possession.

Both were transported to the Merrimack Police Department for processing and bail. Upon releasing Wallace, police found he'd carved his name into the cell door. He was arrested again the following morning for criminal mischief. He was released in lieu of $1,000 personal recognizance bail on each charge. While preparing to release Differ, police discovered similar damage and charged him with criminal mischief prior to his release on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. Both are scheduled to be arraigned on March 20, in the 9th Circuit District Court in Merrimack.
