Three Merrimack Teens Caught with Marijuana
Merrimack police arrested three youths after they investigated a report about two suspicious cars.

Police responded to Marty Drive on Sunday, Aug. 14, for a report about two suspicious cars parked along the side of the road. They located the cars; but when an officer spoke with the occupants, he detected signs of illegal drug use, police said.
According to the police, all three youths were in possession of small amounts of marijuana. They were arrested, charged and released on $1,500 personal recognizance. They are due in 9th Circuit Court in Merrimack on Sept. 29 for their hearings.

Bailey Goodwin, 19, of Merrimack, was charged with marijuana possession.
Robert Beaulieu, also 19 and of Merrimack, was charged with motor vehicle possession of marijuana and with marijuana possession.

Anthony Gautieri, also 19 and of Merrimack, was charged with motor vehicle possession of marijuana and with marijuana possession.
