Tomahawk Football Defeats Bishop Guertin

Under the rain and lights at Stellos Stadium in Nashua Saturday, the Merrimack Tomahawks defeated Bishop Guertin in a very close contest. The Tomahawks trailed by three at the half but rallied in the second half to win 16-13. Scoring for the Tomahawks were Ryan Barry on a 30 yard TD reception, Kyle Newman on a 25 yard field goal, and Joe Giampietro on the 2 yard rushing score. Justin Devana, Ian Roberts, and the entire defense applied continual pressure to the BG offensive line.
