In a tight game with the TImberlane Owls, Merrimack led at the half but could hold on and lost 16-7 last Friday at Timberlane. The Tomahawks had several great plays during the game including a Sophomore Tyler DeNeill interception, an outstanding tackle by Freshman Joe Eichman on a Timberlane fake punt attempt, and a tackle by Ian Roberts in TImberlanes backfield resulting in a loss of 5 yards on the play.
