The Merrimack Tomahawks improved to 3-0 on the regular season by defeating Goffstown Wednesday night at West Side Arena by the final score of 2-1. The contest served as the Tomahawk’s home opener and was well attended by both schools fans.
The seniors got it done for the Tomahawks with goals by Aidan O’Brien and Shane Foy. Senior goalie Matt Brewster had a breakaway save to backstop the victory. Senior blue liner Jason Fortin had another strong performance on defense.
