Top 5 Wage Earners in 2011 Were Policemen

Typically, Micali said, the Town Manager ranks right up there at the top with them but finding Eileen Cabanel in the number 48 spot from 2011 is because of her start date with the town back in May. Her salary was prorated for the time she has been in town. Next year, she'll appear at or near the top.
