Merrimack Police have been investigating the theft at the 7 Continental Blvd. store since it was reported Oct. 14. This week, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Andrew Saulnier, 24, of 26 Barksdale Ave., Londonderry, who subsequently gave himself over to authorities just after 4 p.m. on Nov. 16, police say.
Saulnier was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the Merrimack Circuit Court on Dec. 13 to answer to the charge.
