Vets Rally Around Ashooh

MANCHESTER, NH - The Ashooh for Congress campaign on June 28, 2016, announced the formation of what it calls "an extensive veterans coalition," showing "growing support" for the Republican's effort to win the 1st Congressional District primary.

Retired USAF Ed Josephson will serve as the "Veterans for Ashooh" chairman for the effort, according to a press statement.

“I am proud to earn the endorsement of so many distinguished and inspiring Granite State veterans," Ashooh said. "Ensuring that our nation keeps faith with our veterans will be one of my main priorities in Congress. I will fight for them everyday in Washington, and I will never forget the sacrifice and courage they displayed when protecting our great country."

Josephson added, "I know what to look for in a leader. Rich Ashooh can be trusted to promote the issues we veterans care most about: fixing the broken VA health care system, protecting our benefits, and providing counsel, support, and economic opportunities to veterans after returning home from the battlefield."
