'Violent' NH Fugitive Sought

New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is looking for first-degree assaulter Charles James Sally Jr. on a parole violation.

This week’s Fugitive of the Week is Charles James Sally Jr., 29, who was out on parole after being convicted of first-degree assault.

“Sally has an extensive criminal history and a history of assaultive behavior,” said Deputy U.S. Marshal Jeffrey White. “Sally was last known to live in the Warner area where he has friends, family, and associates, but could be anywhere at this time.”

Sally is 6-feet tall with dirty blonde hair that is usually shaved. He weighs 180 lbs. and has light skin tone and blue eyes. He has a cross tattoo on his right arm and skull and clock tattoos on his upper left arm.

Marshals are recommending that witnesses who might see Sally should not try to apprehend him due to his “violent tendencies.” Call local police or the USMS District Office at 603-225-1632. Tips can also be submitted to WEB-TIP, or TEXT NHTIP with any information to TIP411.
