Visions for Vacancies: 380 D.W. Highway

What should replace what was most recently Food To Go Depot?

"Visions for Vacancies," is a column where we provide you with a snapshot of various vacant commercial and retail spaces around town and ask what you think should go into that space.

The fun of it is that it really becomes a wish list of the things people want to see come to town, realistic or not. It's fun to dream, right? We know a new supermarket tops that list, but what else do you think would make Merrimack a better, more fun, convenient, or interesting place to live?

Feel free to be creative. It could be a long shot, but perhaps your idea kicks around another idea that actually becomes a viable option.

At the center of a strip mall with four empty store fronts is the space that most recently belonged to a take and reheat meals shop called Food To Go Depot. The shop includes a small retail space in the front and is equipped with a commercial kitchen, leaving this space open to some fun ideas.

Tell us what you'd like to see replace this shuttered store. Post your suggestions in the comment section and use your neighbors as a sounding board for great ideas.
