Wilton Man Charged with Theft

Police: Store at the Merrimack Premium Outlets mall alleged that Aaron Davis took merchandise without paying.

MERRIMACK, NH - A local man is scheduled to be in court in April after a theft incident this weekend at the Merrimack Premium Outlets mall, according to police.

Aaron Davis, 23, of Burns Hill Road in Wilton, was arrested on Feb. 20, 2016, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking.

Officers were sent to one of the stores where an employee alleged that Davis had allegedly taken three items from the store and didn’t pay for them.

The investigation revealed that Davis allegedly placed the items into a bag and didn’t pay for them, according to an arrest report. The loss prevention employee stopped Davis and called police. Police then arrested him, according to the report.

Davis was processed and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on April 7.
