Wisconsin Man Arrested at the Merrimack Premium Outlets Mall
Police: Penghao Xu tried to steal $200 worth of merchandise from a clothing store.

A Wisconsin man is expected in court next month after being arrested for shoplifting at the Merrimack Premium Outlets, according to police.
Penghao Xu, 21, of Towers University Drive in Eau Claire, WI, was arrested on May 25, 2015, on a willful concealment charge.
Police were sent to a clothing store at the mall around 2 p.m. on the date in question for a shoplifter that had been detained by a store employee.

“Upon their arrival they learned that Penghao Xu had taken approximately $200 worth of merchandise and placed it within a bag he was carrying without paying for it,” according to Sgt. Brian Levesque. “Xu was stopped before leaving the store by an employee.”
Xu was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in Merrimack District Court on June 2.
