An officer made a motor vehicle stop on Hummingbird Lane at around 11:15 p.m. after seeing the vehicle parked in front of a local business that was closed, according to Lt. Theodore Dillon of the Merrimack Police Department.
When the officer went to check on the vehicle, it pulled out from the parking lot and was allegedly driving erratically. After being stopped, the officer alleged that Pickett showed signs of alcohol impairment, and after a brief investigation, she was arrested.

“After completing a records check of Miss Pickett’s license it was found that she did not have a valid license to operate a motor vehicle and that she had been previously convicted of O.U.I.L. out of the state Michigan,” according to Dillon.
She was processed and released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Feb. 18, 2016.
