Woman Charged with Violating Restraining Order

Police arrested Stephanie Frisella earlier this week in Manchester.

MERRIMACK, NH - Police arrested a local woman for allegedly communicating with a victim, according to police.

Stephanie Frisella, 34, was arrested on March 20, 2106, and charged with violation of a protective order.

Police were at a home to assist with a civil standby when they learned, while at the home, that the victim had been contacted by Frisella, a person they had a restraining order against. Police investigated the matter, checked the protective order, and issued a warrant from Frisella’s arrest.

Manchester Police arrested Frisella and she was turned over to Merrimack Police for processing. She was held at the Hillsborough Department of Corrections until her arraignment on March 21.
