Woman Charged With Attempting to Fill Fake Rx

The following arrest information was provided by the Merrimack Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Merrimack Police made the following arrests within the last week:

Sherrie Livingston, 36, of 35 Royal Crest Drive, No. 6, Nashua, was charged on Dec. 22 for two counts of acts prohibited. Police said Livingston turned herself in to Merrimack Police after a warrant was issued for her arrest on two counts of acts prohibited. Police say a doctors office where Livingston works called police on Dec. 1 to report an employee had attempted to call in a fake prescription for medication at a local pharmacy. It was determined in their investigation that Livingston had done the same thing a week earlier and was able to obtain the medication. She was arrested and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in Merrimack's district court on Jan. 24.

Denise C. Robitaille, 54, of 15 Kingston Court, Merrimack, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor. Police say Robitaille was pulled over for driving without her headlights on just before 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 20. An officer noticed signs of impairment and arrested her, police say. She was released on $750 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in Merrimack's District court on Jan. 24.

Steven Webster, 46, of 125 Baboosic Lake Road, Merrimack, was charged with unsworn falsification. Police say Webster lied on and alcohol tobacco and firearms gun purchase application when trying to purchase a semiautomatic pistol from a local gun dealer on Dec. 8. Webster has a past assault and battery conviction out of Massachusetts that prohibits him from buying a firearm. He was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in Merrimack's district court on Jan. 24.

Allen Smith, 20, of Scituate Place, Merrimack, was arrested on two counts of simple assault on Dec. 17. Police say they were called to a residence on Scituate Place for a domestic disturbance and an investigation revealed Smith had assault a family member. While placing him under arrest for simple assault, he allegedly spat at one of the officers and he was subsequently slapped with the second charge. Smith was held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections in lieu of $2,000 cash bail. He was arraigned on Dec. 20.

Matthew Russell, 20, of 10 Canterbury Way, Merrimack, was charged with operating after suspension, operating with a suspended license and possession of a controlled drug on Thursday, Dec. 22. Police say they stopped Russell's 1992 Toyota Corolla on Daniel Webster Highway for an equipment violation and learned his license had been suspended in New Hampshire. He was arrested and during an inventory search of the vehicle, police found a small amount of marijuana. He was released on $3,500 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in Merrimack's district court on Dec. 27.

Adam Kniffin, 23, of 126 Blaine St., Apt. 1, Manchester, was arrested on Dec. 22 for operating after suspension, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, possession of a prescription drug without a prescription and a on a bench warrant for a probation violation. Police say they stopped Kniffin driving a 1998 Dodge Dakota for an equipment violation. Police learned Kniffin's license was suspended in New Hampshire and that there was a bench warrant out of Manchester for his arrest on a probation violation. Inside his truck, police say they found a small quantity of marijuana and a single loose prescription pill he did not a prescription for. He was placed on $1,500 personal recognizance bail for the new charges and $1,000 cash bail for the warrant. He posted both and was ordered to appear in Merrimack's district court on Dec. 27 and in Manchester' district court on Jan. 11.

Debra Przekaza, 48, of 26 Country Club Lane, Merrimack, was charged on Thursday, Dec. 22, with operating under the influence of liquor and OUIL-aggravated. Police were called to the parking lot of Tortilla Flat Mexican restaurant for a minor motor vehicle accident in the parking lot. One of the drivers, Przekaza, appeared to be impaired, police say, she was arrested after a short investigation. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in Merrimack's district court on Jan. 24.

Zeth Corron, 24, of 26 Melendy Road, Milford, was charged on Thursday, Dec. 22, with two counts of theft by unauthorized taking after he turned himself in to police. Corron's former employer contacted police, they say, after it was determined that a company debit card had been used fraudulently for unauthorized withdrawals on two occasions in July. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in Merrimack's district court on Jan. 24.
