Women's Boutique Celebrates Grand Re-Opening

Amanda Thomas Boutique, formerly of Amherst, will hold two-day celebration at new Merrimack store.

Starting Monday, Merrimack's new Amanda Thomas Boutique will begin a two-day grand reopening celebration of its store at 30 Daniel Webster Highway.

From 4-7 p.m. on Sept. 26, the boutique will give tours of the facility, hold raffles and serve refreshments, and there will be a ribbon cutting at 6 p.m.

Attendees will also be able to preview the 2012 Anita International Swimwear collection.

On Tuesday, Sept. 27, to continue the celebration, there will be a special bra fit event with expert Alice Kaiser from Anita International. Stop in for a fitting, refreshments and a free gift with purchase between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Amanda Thomas Boutique specializes in helping women find comfort following cancer treatments and sells wigs, non-surgical hair replacement, hats and headwear, mastectomy garments, bra fittings for everyone, upper compression garments and wicking sleepwear.

Formerly located in the Carriage Depot at 135 Route 101A in Amherst, Amanda Thomas Boutique moved to Merrimack in June and cites on its website good parking, a bigger store and handicap accessibility as highlights of its new location.
