The YMCA has a new program to control or delay Type 2 Diabetes

Register now for classes starting in early September

The Y believes that all people should be able to live life to its fullest, healthiest potential. PreventT2 is part of the National Diabetes Prevention Program, led by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). It features an approach that is proven to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes by taking small steps to improve overall health and well-being.
