YMCA Looking for Event Committee Volunteers

Are you looking for a meaningful volunteer opportunity? We are looking for a few community members to join our YMCA Events Committee. Each year we hold two major fundraising events (“Champions of Change” gala and “Sending Kids to Camp” golf tourney) in support of our annual campaign. Monies raised from these events allow us to stay try to our mission of being accessible to all, regardless of a person’s ability to pay for programs, services, or membership.

The event committee will meet monthly, with some subcommittee meetings as we get closer to event dates. Experience in executing special events is a huge plus.
