Save the date for this year's 5th
Annual A Taste of Milford! On Friday, May 30, from 6 pm to 8:30 pm, the Milford
Improvement Team will be hosting its very popular annual event, in and around the
Milford Oval. A Taste of Milford, pairs food from Milford area
restaurants/caterers with an Oval retail or service business, and showcases
both the food and the Oval businesses. Event attendees purchase tickets ($25)
and receive a program/map that allows them to visit each select retail location
for food and drink provided by the local restaurants. Attendees stroll at their
own paces to each location, sampling the specialties of each restaurant.
Attendees also vote for the Best Entrée, Best Dessert and Best Presentation.
The evening is a fun and relaxing way to try the different cuisines offered by
the talented chefs of our many local and diverse restaurants. There will
also be live music throughout the evening, and each attendee will receive a goody
bag filled with coupons and specials. This year's event is sponsored by
Amherst Label and Edward Jones, with both businesses located in Milford.
