A Self Guided Tour of Available Commercial Spaces in Milford and Amherst

On March 29, the Milford Improvement Team will be partnering
with the Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce to showcase available commercial
spaces in the towns of Milford and Amherst. The Hours are from 9 am to 2 pm,
and the event starts with a light breakfast, goody bag, and Panel Discussion at
Chappell Tractor. Then Tour attendees will head out on a self-guided tour to
see what space is available for lease in these thriving towns! At the sites on
the tour, realtors will be on hand to answer questions and show the properties.



 



This tour is perfect for anyone thinking about starting up a
business or relocating their existing business to the Milford or Amherst area.

The panel at Chappell Tractor, will include representatives
from the town departments, realtors and commercial lenders.  They will be
there to answer all the attendees’ questions about how to start or relocate
businesses. Panel members include: Milford and Amherst Community Development Directors, Bill Parker and Sarah
Marchant;  Fire Milford Building Department Officials, Dana MacAllister
and Tim Herlihy;  Amherst Fire Department Assistant Chief Matt Conley;
 Commercial Lenders Ed Killam (Lake Sunapee Bank), Karen Keating (First
Colebrook), and Heather Leach (Centrix Bank); and Commercial Realtor Penelope
Seaver with Bean Seaver Smith and Associates.

Several area restaurants  will also be
offering specials to the tour attendees!
Tickets are $10, and include a light breakfast, panel discussion, tour, and goody bag.
