Amherst Teen Arrested on Domestic Violence Assault Charge: Log

AMHERST, NH – Christopher Figueroa, 19, of Amherst, was arrested at 11:27 p.m. on May 27, 2016, on a charge of domestic violence assault. Figueroa was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 30, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Joshua Perlupo, 19, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on May 30,2016, on charges of possession of a controlled drug, transportation of a controlled drug, and transportation of alcohol by a minor. Perlupo was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 30, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

William Armstrong, 18, of Methuen, MA, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on May 30, 3016, on charges of unlawful possession of alcohol and possession of a controlled drug. Armstrong was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 30, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

At 1:14 a.m. on May 30, 2016, the Amherst Police Department detained a juvenile on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol. Court action is anticipated.
