MILFORD, NH — Gov. Kelly Ayotte visited Cirtronics in Milford on Thursday, using the stop to highlight New Hampshire’s advanced manufacturing sector and the state’s workforce pipeline efforts.

Ayotte said the visit offered a close look at the company’s work across several high-tech fields and a chance to discuss industry growth in New Hampshire.

“I was glad to visit Cirtronics last week to see firsthand the work they are doing to drive innovation in critical fields like robotics and medical technology and discuss how we can continue to grow these important industries in New Hampshire,” she said.

Ayotte also pointed to the company’s employee stock ownership structure and its role in company culture.

“I appreciated the opportunity to reconnect with the team after working with Cirtronics during my time in the private sector and to hear how their employee stock ownership model continues to invest employees in the company’s success,” Ayotte said.

Ayotte also said companies such as Cirtronics have helped shape the state’s manufacturing identity. She and company leadership emphasized a shared commitment to advancing New Hampshire’s advanced manufacturing, including building a talent pipeline through workforce training programs and the community college system.

CEO Patrick Moody said the company was pleased to host the governor.

“We were thrilled to welcome Governor Ayotte back to Cirtronics last week,” he said. “Having previously served on our Board, Kelly uniquely understands our culture and our focus on advancing technology and manufacturing innovation.”

Moody also said the company’s employee ownership model remains central to its approach.

“We were proud to show her firsthand how our employee stock ownership model (ESOP) continues to empower our team to drive that innovation forward,” he said. “Cirtronics fully shares her vision for growing New Hampshire's advanced manufacturing sector, and we look forward to partnering with her administration to build a strong talent pipeline through regional workforce training and community colleges.”
