• Woman charged with flipping ATV with child passenger (dailygazette.com) — A 57-year-old Milford woman has been charged in New York after state police say she flipped an ATV in New Lebanon while allegedly intoxicated, with a child under 16 riding as a passenger. Neither wore helmets, but both survived; the Milford resident was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries and later arraigned on felony and misdemeanor charges.
