Still don’t know what you are going to do this summer?

What about going to Israel with the Alexander Muss High School in Israel?

  • There will be classes
  • There will be class on the top of a mountain
  • There will be class from inside a cave
  • For sure there will be class on the beach
  • No question that there will be hikes in the desert, camel rides, time to float in the Dead Sea, work on a farm, and the possibility to earn college credit from the University of Miami!

Traveling through 4,000 years of history the land of Israel is the “living classroom.”  AMHSI is unique, it is the only non denominational, pluralistic academic experience for high school sophomores, juniors and seniors. Students are inspired to “live outside the books”, encounter new ideas and challenge themselves in infinite ways learning about Israel through firsthand experience, numerous, exciting and unforgettable trips and stimulating conversation with classmates and teachers.

AMHSI’s Mission is to promote, build, and strengthen lifelong bonds between youth and Israel through study of the history and culture of the people of Israel.  In addition to the 8 week mini-semester AMHSI also offers two summer sessions.   AMHSI students are eligible to receive 6 academic credits from the University of Miami’s George Feldenkreis Program in Judaic Studies.  For more information, please contact Dana Gerbie Klein, 617-566-8166 or dklein@amhsi.org
