Firefighters are at the scene of a single-alarm fire in a barn on Mile Slip Road in Milford.

The blaze was first reported around 4 p.m. at 392 Mile Slip Road, according to emergency radio broadcasts. The fire is in a 1-1/2 story barn, and multiple mutual aid tankers have been requested to the scene.
Mile Slip Road is located off Mason Road in the southwest corner of town.
