A convicted thief allegedly stole several pairs of men’s work boots from Sears in Nashua on Tuesday, Nashua Police said today.
Police arrested Jacqueline Henriquez, 42, of 99 Powers St., Building 5, Milford, at Sears around 3:23 p.m., an hour after the theft was reported at the store, 310 Daniel Webster Highway.

Police charged Henriquez with theft by deception (Class B felony) and theft by unauthorized taking (Class B felony).
The charges were upgraded to Class B felonies after police learned Henriquez had been convicted twice in New Hampshire of theft.

Tuesday, Henriquez allegedly stole several pairs of men’s work boots – which she never bought -- from Sears, and tried to return them for a gift card. She also allegedly fraudulently got a Sears gift card earlier that day.
Henriquez was released on $100 cash bail. She faces arraignment Jan. 22 in Ninth Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court.
