Police Arrest Six for Alleged Drug Offenses

The following items are included in the Milford Police Department's arrest log released Oct. 22, 2012. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Michael C. Michaud, 30, of 55 Monroe Ave., Allenstown, charged Oct. 15 with issuing bad checks and a warrant for traffic offenses. He was released on $600 personal recognizance bail and has a Nov. 5 court date.
• James D. Ayotte, 28, of 2 Myopia Hill Road, Brookline, charged Oct. 19 with resisting arrest or detention, possession of a controlled/narcotic drug, and was taken into custody for alleged drunkenness. 
• Kelly L. Coleman, 27, of 54 Elm St., Apt #B, Milford, charged Oct. 19 with two counts of fraudulent use of debit card, and contempt for default on breach of bail conditions. He was given $20,000 personal recognizance bail and has a Nov. 7 court date.
• Kimberly M. Tello, 42, of 6 Orange St., Milford, charged Oct. 19 with five counts of possession of a controlled/narcotic drug, receiving stolen property. She was given $2,500 personal recognizance bail and has a Nov. 7 court date.
• Jeffrey D. Pollock, 43, of 6 Orange St., Milford, charged Oct. 19 with five counts of possession of a controlled/narcotic drug, receiving stolen property, after a search warrant executed. He was released on $25,000 personal recognizance bail and has a Nov. 7 court date.
• Nathan M. O'Brien, 24, of 6 Orange St., Milford, charged Oct. 19 with five counts of possession of a controlled/narcotic drug, and receiving stolen property. He was released on $25,000 personal recognizance and has a Nov. 7 court date.
• Kenneth Mark Martel, 33, of 104 Amherst St., Milford, charged Oct. 19 with five counts of possession of a controlled/narcotic drug, and receiving stolen property. He was released on $25,000 personal recognizance and has a Nov. 7 court date.
• Joan P. Champoux, 59, 21 Shady Ln, Apt. #0, Milford, charged Oct. 20 with second degree assault and simple assault. She has a Nov. 7 court date on the alleged aggravated assault.
• Rachel E. Haggerty, 20, of 43 Georgetown Dr, Milford, charged Oct. 20 with six counts of theft by deception for alleged bad checks. She was released on $2,500 personal recognizance and has a Nov. 7 court date.
• Joseph K. Dion, 47, with a last known address of 99 Elm St., #1, Milford, charged Oct. 21 in connection with a motor vehicle accident and with unlawful possession of a controlled drug. He has a Nov. 7 court date on the charges.
