DWI in Highway Racing Arrest

The following excerpts are from the Milford Police Department's arrest log from April 1 to April 8. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Susan J. Young, 52, of 1 Purgatory Road, Mont Vernon, charged with theft on April 1 and has an April 24 court date.
• Chad M. Cardoza, 24, of 20 Salisbury Road, Mont Vernon, charged with three counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle and conduct after an accident April 1. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and has an April 25 court date on the charges.
• Marlene Rouillard, 60, of 93 Grapevine Road, Dunbarton, charged with driving while intoxicated, open container and traffic violation April 1 and has an April 15 court date on the charges.
• Kayla A. Lapan, 20, of 76 Elm St., Apt. 3, Milford, charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled/narcotic drug April 1.
• Joshua Bennett Hamlin, 39, of 83 Christian Hill Road, Apt. B, Amherst, charged with domestic disturbance, false report to law enforcement, and unsworn falsification on April 3 and has an April 24 court date on the charges.
• Justin Paul Landry, 24, of 136 Ball Hill Road, Milford, charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, possession of drugs in a vehicle, falsifying physical evidence, open container, conduct after an accident, racing on highways, and two counts of reckless conduct on April 3. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and has an April 24 court date on the charges.
• Kevin James Wheeler, 26, of 51 Santuit Pond Road, Mashpee, Mass., charged with burglary on April 4 and released on $20,000 personal recognizance bail. He has an April 11 court date.
• Matthew P. Farnum, 37, of 344 Elm St., Apt. 54, Milford, charged with simple assault and violation of domestic violence act on April 4. He was released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail and has an April 29 court date on the charges.
• Peter H. Beland, 22, of 9 Valhalla Drive, Milford, charged with receiving stolen property and two counts of theft April 5 and was scheduled to be arraigned April 8.
• Renee C. Toledo, 25, of 19 Glen Farm Road, Temple, charged with disorderly conduct April 6 and has an April 29 court date.
