Join us for HOOPS ON WHEELS, Granite State Independent Living’s second Wheelchair Basketball Tournament on Saturday, April 27, 2013! The games begin at 8 am and run every 50 minutes or so all day.  The Championship game will commence at 5 pm in the Pembroke Academy gym.  This fundraising tournament is made up of 24 teams in a single elimination format. Each team is headed by a team captain. The tournament will take place at Three Rivers School and Pembroke Academy, both located on Academy Road, Pembroke.
