Ikebana (which means "living flowers") can relax and engage the active mind during stressful times.  Ikebana is also a form of art that uses flowers of varying size, shape and length to create a visual presentation.  Stems and leaves are arranged, slanted or even bent to create various floral arrangements.  Your display can be as sparse or full as you like.  Ikebana is a subjective art, which makes it suitable for all types of people regardless of their flower-arranging experience.
