Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office Bags Two on Drug Dealing Charges

Chadd Gugliotta, Sabrina Moss were arrested after a month-long investigation in Manchester, Milford. Heroin, crack, meth allegedly seized.

MANCHESTER, NH — The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Street Crime Task Force and the U.S. Drug Administration’s High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force have arrested two people after a month-long investigation into the alleged sale of heroin in both Manchester and Milford, according to a press alert. Chadd Gugliotta was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to distribute heroin, crack cocaine and methamphetamine. Also arrested was Sabrina Moss was arrested on a warrant for sale of a controlled drug.

According to Lt. Brian Newcomb of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, a home on Pennacook Street in Manchester was search after a search warrant was executed and investigators allegedly seized about 220 grams of heroin, 2.3 ounces of methamphetamine, and 13 grams of crack cocaine. Newcomb noted that a 9 mm handgun was also seized at the home, according to the release.

Gugliotta was held on $50,000 cash while Moss was held on $10,000. They were both held at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections.

According to the New Hampshire Union Leader, Gugliotta was charged in 2015 on three drug charges. Fosters.com noted in 2013 that Moss was issued a summons on a driving charge in Sanford, ME.
