Juvenile Simple Assault Under Investigation

The following are excerpts from the Milford Police Department's recent activity logs.

• Report of theft at 776 Elm St. on Feb. 18.

• Respond to domestic disturbance and simple assault at an apartment at 15 Powers St.; arrests made Feb. 18.

• Milford High School on Feb. 19 for juvenile possession of tobacco products and alleged possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

• Disturbance reported to the police station on Feb. 21.

• Respond to motor vehicle accident on Marcey's Way on Feb. 22, including arrest for operating without a license, reckless operation and criminal mischief.

• Harassment (phone) and criminal threatening complaint Feb. 22 at 22 Pleasant St.; case closed with no charges.

• Investigate a reported attempt to commit robbery, domestic disturbance and simple assault Feb. 22 at 20 South Street; case closed.

• Theft from motor vehicle reported to the police station, along with criminal mischief (vandalism) on Feb. 23.

• Criminal trespass complaint at Cumberland Farms at 142 Nashua St. Feb. 24.

• Complaint of criminal mischief (vandalism) and theft from motor vehicle Feb. 24 at 57 South St.

• Simple assault involving a juvenile reported to the police department Feb. 24; under investigation.
