Local Woman Indicted on Drug Possession

Emily Atwood, 32, of 207 Union Square, #3, Milford, was indicted for possession of a narcotic drug, a Class A felony, according to Hillsborough County Superior Court indictments released Nov. 30.

The formal charge alleges that Atwood, on or about Aug. 22, possessed a tablet of the narcotic drug buprenorphine. The indictment notes of a prior conviction.

A second count indictment of theft alleges she knowingly took earrings from the Garden Party store.
