Man Facing Drug Charges

Wednesday, Sept. 19

8:11 p.m. – Police received a report of criminal trespass on Oakwood Circle.

9:37 a.m. – Police received a report of the fraudulent use of a debit card at the Cumberland Farms on Nashua Street.

11:55 a.m. – Jason A. Smolinsky, 30, of 10 Tricnit Road, New Ipswich was charged with two counts of possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $10,000 personal recognizance and he was given a court date of Sept. 20.

6:33 p.m. – Police received a report of vandalism on Melendy Road.

6:50 p.m. – Spencer C. Sottile, 20, of 80 Merrow St., Manchester was arrested on two outstanding bench warrants. Bail was set at $2,500 personal recognizance and he was given a court date of Oct. 17.

7:07 p.m. – John Nmi Lessard, 40, of 279 Melendy Road, Milford was charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and a domestic disturbance. Bail was set at $2,500 personal recognizance and he was given a court date of Oct. 17.

9:45 p.m. – Nathaniel A. Dokmo, 35, of 59 Quarry Circle, Milford was charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and theft. Bail was set at $1,500 personal recognizance and he was given a court date of Oct. 17.

Friday, Sept. 21

6:50 a.m. – Police received a report of a domestic disturbance and criminal threatening on Vine Street.

7 p.m. – Police received a report of a theft on Elm Street.

7:45 p.m. – Police received a report of a theft from a motor vehicle at the Rite Aid on Elm Street.

8:33 p.m. – Police received a report of unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle on West Street.

9:26 p.m. – Police received a report of a theft from a building.

11:10 p.m. – Christina A. Colburn, 33, of 21 Perham Corner Road, Lyndeborough was charged with driving after revocation or suspension and contempt for default or breach of bail conditions. Bail was set at $600 personal recognizance and she was given a court date of Oct. 17.
