Manchester Man Busted for Criminal Threatening

The following arrests are from the Milford Police Department's recent arrest log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Linda Mae York, 52, of 14 Merrimack Road, Apt. 201, Milford, charged with driving after revocation or suspension on Feb. 11. She has a March 6 court date on the charge.
• Elizabeth J. Trabucco, 54, of 66 Joslin Road, Milford, charged with driving while intoxicated, second offense, resisting arrest or detention, and disobeying an officer on Feb. 11. 
• John H. Mozeika, 32, of 49 Garden Drive, Apt. 1, Manchester, charged with three counts of criminal threatening on Feb. 12 and has a March 6 court date on the allegations.
• Kelly A. Brigham, 26, of 144 Lawrence St., Pepperell, Mass., charged with possession of a narcotic drug in a motor vehicle and possession of a narcotic drug on Feb. 12, with a March 6 court date on the charges.
• Spencer B. Whitney, Sr., 44, of 63 Marie St., Nashua, charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI on Feb. 12. He has a March 6 court date.
• Anthony J. Massua, 25, of 130 Franklin St., Milford, charged with driving after revocation or suspension Feb. 16 and has a March 13 court date on the charge.
• Kyle Stanley Dewispelaere, 27, of 14 West St., Milford, charged with receiving stolen property on Feb. 17. He has a March 13 court date on the charge.
• Lyndsey Ruth Vaillancourt, 29, of 2 Bradford St., Rindge, charged with driving while intoxicated Feb. 17 and has a court date of FEb. 27.
• Karl Harold Roehl, 47, of 504 Nashua St., Apt. 902, Mlford, charged with simple assault and domestic disturbance on Feb. 27 and has a March 13 court date on the charges.
• Candace M. Luter, 29, of 15 Powers St., Apt. 27, Milford, charged with simple assault and domestic disturbance on Feb. 18 and has a March 13 court date.
