Open Student Enrollment for K-5 students (Gr. 6 if demand warrants) for FALL, 2015 is now underway. DEADLINE--Friday, MARCH 6, 2015 @ 5:00 PM

--HOLLIS Social Library, Wed., FEB. 11 @ 6:30 PM
--MERRIMACK Public Library, Tues., FEB. 17 @ 6:30 PM
--NASHUA Boys & Girls Club, Tues., FEB 24 @6:00 PM

--Student Enrollment Lottery (if needed) Wed,, MARCH 18 @ 1:30-3:30 PM NASHUA Public Library Theatre

Parents need to submit completed MACS Registration Application AND documentation including:
--Birth certificate or passport (Kdg. child must be five (5) years old by Sept. 30th)
--Updated immunization record
--Recent medical exam report
--Two proofs of residency: two different utility bills or copy of home deed/lease agreement, and legal paperwork, if applicable.

Completed application packets with ALL documentation may be submitted IN PERSON at ANY of the above parent info. sessions OR entire registration packet (application & documents) MAILED to:
