Milford, Goffstown Residents Arrested for Drunk Driving: Police Log

MILFORD, NH — Christopher T. Bourdon, 41, of Elm Street in Milford, was arrested at 4:18 a.m. on Dec. 28, 2016, on two counts of simple assault, and two counts of domestic violence-simple assault, after an alleged domestic disturbance on Elm Street.

Tasha L. Lemar, 33, of Leach Hill Road in Goffstown, was arrested at 8:52 p.m. on Dec. 27, 2016, for driving while intoxicated-second offense, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and operating after being certified as a habitual offender. She was arrested after a check the welfare call on Nashua Street.

Luke T. McClintick, 21, of Purgatory Road in Milford, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. on Dec. 22, 2016, for two counts of driving while intoxicated, reckless operation, open container, unlawful passing on the left, and falsifying physical evidence. He was arrested after a crash on Purgatory Road.

Viktor K. Powers, 48, of Adams Street in Milford, was arrested at 12:22 p.m. on Nov. 13, 2016, for DUI. He was arrested after police were called to the street for a report of a theft.

Courtney J. Kapetanakis, 25, of Ridgefield Drive in Milford, was arrested at 12:49 a.m. on Nov. 10, 2016, for aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a child, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, and possession of a controlled drug. Kapetanakis was arrested after a motor vehicle accident on Crosby Street.
